The registration process is sensitive to various settings of various versions of Internet Explorer. We highly recommend that you use an alternative browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) and that you compete the registration on a computer, not a mobile device.

We are glad that you are interested in becoming a member of our Travel Director Registry! It is possible to finish registering within 10 minutes if you do not complete the non-required fields, but for an experienced travel director that wishes to best represent all of his/her skills and experience, registration may take up to 30 minutes. It is worth it!.

To expedite this process, please take a moment to gather the following information before starting:

  • Social Security Number or Canadian Social Security Number --Required for pay purposes.
  • Federal Employer ID --Required for pay purposes.
  • A professional, digital, headshot photo of yourself in JPG format not exceeding 1 MB.
  • A short (less than 1,000 characters) autobiography describing your travel director experience.
    Also helpful, but not required:
  • Your passport information.
  • Your resume in DOC or PDF format not exceeding 1 MB.
  • Your business name and federal employer identification number.
    Finally, this is good to know:
  • At Step 6, you will be able to review and change any of the information previously provided.
  • Registration will automatically timeout after 60 minutes of non-activity.
